Return Policy

At Sedaz Lingerie, we take pride in providing excellent customer service, which includes ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policies and procedures for merchandise purchased online, below.

Sedaz Lingerie guarantees your satisfaction with our merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise that is eligible for return*, within 30 days of your order being processed (within 14 days of date of purchase, when merchandise is purchased in-store). The date of original purchase is clearly marked on your receipt.

*For information on merchandise that is eligible for return, please review our online merchandise return policy below, or see the enclosure included with your online order.

Online Merchandise Return Policy

We offer 30 day exchanges & returns on products purchased online (14 days when purchased in-store). The item must have all of its original tags attached and it MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (to receive an RA# please follow our Return Procedures). It must not be worn, and it must be free from all scent. 

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase. 

Due to Health Regulations, for hygiene reasons: panties, hosiery, swimwear, Lingerie, or anything that has an inseam (crotch), or comes with a panty (including corsets with matching panty), are a FINAL SALE.

All sale items are a FINAL SALE and may be returned for store credit or exchanged only; sale items cannot be returned for a full refund. Sale items marked at 50% off or more from the original price are considered clearance items, and cannot be or returned for refund or credit, or exchanged.

We DO NOT offer price adjustments.

Returns on holiday gift purchases (purchased as a gift for someone else, from November 15 – December 31) will be accepted until January 15th of the new year (15 days after December 31 of the preceding year). Exchanges or credit notes for holiday gift purchases bought in the preceding year, will be offered until the last day of February, of the new year (60 days from December 31 of the preceding year).

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned Sedaz Lingerie limits returns/exchanges up to $600 or up to 6 items, whichever is reached first, per customer per year.

All unworn bridal undergarments (bustiers and strapless bras) must be returned within 15 days of the ship date, due to high seasonal demand.

All Halloween costumes, petticoats, and accessories are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Size Exchange Offer

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, in the same style and colour, simply follow our return procedures for the returning item, and Sedaz Lingerie will ship the new size to you at no additional cost (within Canada.)

 Shipping the returning item TO Sedaz Lingerie is at the customer’s expense. If you have ordered multiple items that require exchanging, please ship all items together.

Sedaz Lingerie will only pay to ship a new size of the same style and colour, one time per order. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at Sedaz Lingerie, when possible.

Return Procedures

To ensure your return of merchandise purchased at sedazlingerie.com is eligible for processing, please complete the following steps:

Check your receipt to ensure the 30 day return time frame has not expired. Also, please ensure that your item(s) comply with our Online Merchandise Return Policy, and are eligible for processing.

Contact us during regular business hours at: 1-(250) 847-3170 or email us at info@sedazlingerie.com and request a return authorization number. If you are emailing your request, please explain in detail the reason for the return, the condition of the returning merchandise, and disclose any other information pertinent to the return.

Returns or exchanges that do not have a return authorization number, will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

When you receive a return authorization number, write the number clearly on the outside of the package (ex. RA# 1234)

If it is more convenient for the customer, merchandise purchased online may be returned in-store at our Smithers boutique, provided the merchandise is eligible for return, according to our Online Merchandise Return Policy. Your receipt must be present at the time of return, and you must advise the staff member processing your return instore, that the merchandise was originally purchased online.

All returning merchandise must be eligible for return, in accordance with our OnlineMerchandise Return Policy.

Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, manufacturer’s tags removed, or worn in any way).

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition.

Please note: Returns received at Sedaz Lingerie after 30 days of your order being processed, will be eligible for merchandise credit only, for a period of an additional 30 days, and only if the style is still being sold at sedazlingerie.com in the same colour. Merchandise credit will reflect the most current sales price listed, or the price originally charged, whichever is less.

Any merchandise received at Sedaz Lingerie after 60 days will automatically be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Sale merchandise that was purchased in-store or online may not be returned for a full refund; sale items can only be returned for in-store or online credit, or exchanged. Clearance merchandise marked at 50% off or more from the original price, that was purchased in-store or online, will not be accepted for return,exchange, or store credit. If SALE items marked at 49% off or less are returned, it may be exchanged, or a merchandise credit will be issued for price originally charged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at Sedaz Lingerie. (Except in the case where an item to be exchanged for is not currently in stock, but is a basic style at Sedaz Lingerie, and it will be restocked in the near future. In such case, Sedaz Lingerie will obtain your permission to process the exchange when the stock arrives.)

We recommend that you send your return to Sedaz Lingerie via an insured carrier. Sedaz Lingerie will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Sedaz Lingerie will not pay the shipping costs of returns or exchanges, except in the case of incorrectly shipped items, or merchandise being returned because of manufacturer’s defect.

Checking the Status of Your Return

Returns with a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box, will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at Sedaz Lingerie. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Credit Card Refunds

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase. Credit Card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Sedaz Lingerie may contact you via telephone to obtain your credit card information, necessary to process any credit card refund. For your protection, please do not disclose any credit card information through mail, email, or voice mail message.

Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Sedaz Lingerie order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.

Paypal Refunds

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase. If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Sedaz Lingerie order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the PayPal account used at the time of payment.

Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you paid via paypal and are returning online merchandise in-store, you will be refunded either in the form of an in-store/online merchandise credit, or your paypal account will be refunded within 3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
